ELECTRONIC DEVICES (EC 48901.5, 51512):
To ensure the safety of all students, to protect personal property, and to ensure the educational process is not disrupted, IPods, PSPs, cameras, radios, tape/CD players, recording devices, and paging devices (beepers) are not allowed on campus. Cell phones, if brought to school, can not be used or be visible during school hours.
Consequences
· First Offense: Confiscated item will be released to the student after school.
· Second Offense: Confiscated item will be held and released to the parent or legal guardian only.
· Third Offense: Confiscated item may be held until the end of the school year and released to the parent or legal guardian.
